Karen Jacobs is a traditional owner of Wadjuk Country with a passionate focus on developing and encouraging Aboriginal people’s involvement in enterprise and business opportunities.

Karen has led an extensive career in Aboriginal cultural heritage, environmental management, cultural tourism, and education. Throughout her career she has worked in the probity and procurement, financial management, marketing and promotion of Aboriginal engagement across numerous industries. 

Karen is an active leader in furthering the Noongar community. She has held a number of professional positions and memberships, currently including Director Secretary of Noongar Property Holdings, Chairperson of Perth Noongar Foundation, and Independent Director of Kuruma Marthudunera Limited.
